Villa Capreria is a fantastic house, set in a lovely hill, special setting for your holiday in Sicily:

The pool is painted with resin, has a natural effect, max deep 1.45 mt, total wellness for your body with the jacuzzi.
The infinity edge guarantees high quality water, much better to a standard skimmer pool.
Villa Capreria has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, sea view living-room, is very comfortable and spacious (a bedroom has private bathroom).
In the living-room you can enjoy a refresh system set on the roof or you can listen your favorite music also outside with a hifi system.
Outside are available an ocean view terrace where you can eat, a mediterranean garden with aromatic plants and a fully equipped barbecue area, ideally for cooking.
It’s located in Scopello, close the beach “Guidaloca”, the famous Tuna Fishing, the Zingaro Park, few minutes away from Castellammare del Golfo and shops.
Scopello is a small medieval village, around there are only few roads, it’s easy drive, never there is traffic.

Maison superbe, fleurie, calme, spacieuse et confortable avec piscine très agréable et vue sur mer. Nous avons adoré la beauté et le calme du lieu pourtant à quelques pas de Scopello. Accueil très sympathique et discret. Parfait!

We visited Scopello in July and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Location of the house is amazing, we absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend it! Salvatore was so welcoming. Book it without hesitation!!!

Rest and relaxation in Scopello
We stayed in this lovely villa for 1.5 weeks in September. The villa itself is true to the pictures, with a great view of the bay and a cute dipping pool. This is a place you can come to if you’re looking for some quiet time.
As for the location, the closest supermarket is just down the hill, less than10 mins drive from the house. It’s also not too far off the highway so it’s also ideal for exploring the (north) western part of Sicily. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Spettacolare!
Bellissima villa con spettacolare panorama su tutto il golfo, la casa è circondata da un curatissimo giardino con piante aromatiche, sempre verdi; la vera chicca è sicuramente la fantastica piscina con bordo a sfioro, perfettamente integrata nel contesto naturale, veniva voglia di rimanere sempre lì!
Il panorama di sera diventa ancor più bello, grazie alla presenza delle variopinte luci dei paesi circostanti e delle barche dei pescatori.
Villa Capreria è molto comoda, offre due camere e due bagni, spazi esterni, ottima zona barbecue e doccia, inoltre è attrezzata di tutto, c’è anche la lavastoviglie, è ideale per coppie o famiglie con bambini
Un ringraziamento particolare a Salvatore per la disponibilità, per i suggerimenti in merito a luoghi da visitare, noleggio auto e ristoranti, tutto perfetto

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Villa. Alles war sehr ordentlich und neu. Die Aussicht war wirklich klasse, man hatte die ganze Bucht von Scopello im Blick. Der Garten mit den Blumen und Kräutern ist wunderschön gewesen. Die Ankunft war sehr angenehm, Salvatore hatte uns das Objekt sehr gut erklärt und war auch bei weiteren Fragen immer ansprechbar. Die Villa war komplett ausgestattet und auch die wichtigsten Lebensmittel waren vorhanden. Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderbaren Traumurlaub.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich mit Lounge, Liegestühlen, Pool und grandioser Sicht macht das Haus zu einem sehr erholsamen Ort.

We stayed for a week in this beautiful villa for our honeymoon and everything was perfect.
Really nice quite place with a great swimmingpool and outdoor. The villa is modern and has airconditioning and music in every room.
