It has two levels:
On ground floor: spacious and bright living-room with direct access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with private bathroom, third bathroom close the kitchen.
On first floor: two bedrooms with private bathrooms and terrace.
Outside there is a terrace with view to the lovely pool and a garden with grass where children can play.
It is located in a private spot, very quiet, not noisy; for every need, the owners live in a villa set next to.
On august 2022 Villa Naqara has been selected for a Shooting of “DJI” for the promotion of the Drone “AVATA“; the video very soon will be published in the official Instagram page of DJI.
The property is set very close sandy and pebble beaches. The center of Castellammare del Golfo and Scopello are set few minutes away, the road is very fast and direct.
Scopello is fraction of Castellammare del Golfo, is an unique land, its are attached, between the two villages there are 10 minutes by car.

Simply Breathtaking!
Our stay at Villa Naqara was a Sicilian dream we didn’t want to wake up from. The villa is in one of the most scenic spots with the mountains in the back and the sea view in front it was spellbinding. It is huge and the swimming pool is a definite bonus, the space is modern clean and looks brand new with a lovely little garden at the back & the bbq grill which we made use of a few times. All of the rooms have a/c and the beds are very comfortable. I enjoyed using the kitchen with all of it’s appliances and a fully stocked fridge which was a wonderful surprise!
When we checked-in were greeted by Francesco whose family owns the property, he was so friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and even drove us into the town centre for a cheese & wine shop, as well as giving recommendations for local restaurants, beaches and things to see/do. We booked a rental car with his help and a transfer to our next destination, everything he had organised was seamless and took away much of the stress so we could actually relax at the villa. We did experience a little bad weather and a power cut which didn’t last long but Francesco was quick to fix the issues and efficient at doing so.
Overall I would highly recommend staying here, Francesco and his family have put a lot of thought and effort into providing a beautiful holiday home with a relaxing and scenic experience that you must for your self! It is well worth the stay.

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno presso Villa Naqara. Eravamo due coppie ed un bambino, la casa è nuovissima, tenuta in maniera impeccabile. E’ la seconda volta che prenotiamo una vacanza con Bagliori di Sicilia. Grazie nuovamente.

Casa come d’aspettative, ideale per due famiglie, abbiamo soggiornato dal 16/25 giugno, tutto perfetto. Abbiamo noleggiato anche l’auto con la compagnia che ci è stata proposta, con il transfer dall’aeroporto.

Consigliamo Villa Naqara e Bagliori di Sicilia. Abbiamo prenotato questa casa dal 10 al 17 settembre 2022. E’ una villa molto accogliente, ben pulita e fornita di ogni accessorio. Siamo stati bene.
